The combination of: * El Rey 74.5% chocolate, with * Japanese Sencha Green Tea, listening to * Ton Koopman perform Bach's BWV 542 (Great G minor prelude and fugue) is a warmly moving, almost religious, experience. The floral notes in the chocolate are mimicked in the tea; the chocolate complex, the tea, cleansing and warm, the music a texture denoting luxury and height. Religious? Well, what entity created all of these great things that so well seem to fit together?
